基于成果导向教育的食品标准与法规课程教学大纲设计

摘要 课程教学大纲是教师开展课程教学工作的纲领,是保证学生完成学习目标的关键。以食品标准与法规课程为例,按照工程教育认证成果导向教育理念,从课程目标、教学内容和课程考核等方面,对教学大纲进行设计重构,以期为工程教育认证背景下非工程类课程教学大纲的制定提供参考。 Course outline is the guiding principle for teachers to carry out curriculum teaching,and it is also the key to ensure students to achieve their learning goals.This paper took the food standards and regulations course as an example,and according to the outcome based education concept of engineering education certification,designed and reconstructed the course outline from the aspects of course objectives,teaching content,and course assessment,in order to provide reference for the formulation of course outline for non-engineering courses under the background of engineering education certification.
