摘要
旨在研究火电厂管道施工工艺中的关键节点控制与技术创新。首先,介绍了火电厂管道的特点和功能。接着,对施工工艺中涉及的关键节点和挑战进行了分析。随后,重点讨论了管道热处理技术、焊接技术和安装技术的探索与创新,其中包括其对管道材料性能的影响、工艺优化与技术创新的研究进展,以及机电集成技术在相关施工过程中的应用。研究结果表明,通过工艺优化和技术创新,可以提高施工效率和质量,从而为火电厂的安全、稳定运行提供保障。
Aims to study the key node control and technological innovation in the pipeline construction process of thermal power plants.Firstly,the characteristics and functions of pipelines in thermal power plants were introduced.Subsequently,the key nodes and challenges involved in the construction process were analyzed.Subsequently,the exploration and innovation of pipeline heat treatment technology,welding technology,and installation technology were emphasized,including their impact on pipeline material properties,research progress in process optimization and technological innovation,and the application of electromechanical integration technology in related construction processes.The research results indicate that through process optimization and technological innovation,construction efficiency and quality can be improved,thereby providing guarantees for the safe and stable operation of thermal power plants.
