摘要
为规范多院区行政后勤一体化管理、促进各院区管理能力均衡发展,本研究通过个案分析,以武汉某三甲医院为例,介绍医院一体化建设的基本情况,运用访谈和扎根理论分析行政后勤一体化管理的难点与问题,通过采取明确管理部门职责、分类管理与授权、健全工作协同机制等关键措施,突破一体化进程中瓶颈,从而有效提升行政后勤管理服务工作质效。
In order to standardize the integrated management of multi-campuslogistics and promote the balanced development of the management ability of each campus,this case study introduced the basic situation of hospital integrated management,taking one Grade-A hospital in Wuhan as one example.In the study,interviews and grounded theory were used to analyze the difficulties in providing integrated management.The difficulties in the integration process were overcome by taking measures such as clarifying the responsibilities of management departments,classifying management and authorization,and improving the work coordination mechanism so that the quality and efficiency of administrative and logistic work were effectively improved.
