摘要
作为校企合作的创新模式,产业学院是高职院校产教融合协同育人的集成载体,是教育资源优化配置在市场机制下的具体体现,也是服务区域产业发展的有力支撑。但在实际建设与运行过程中,高职院校产业学院建设也面临模式选择困惑、校企双方目标差异化、产权归属不清、内部管理体制机制不完善等现实问题。需要合理选择创建模式,构建校企联合育人共同体,明晰产权划分与保护,建立多元协同的运行模式,破解产业学院建设困境。
As an innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation,industrial college is an outcome of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,an embodiment of the optimal allocation of educational resources under the market mechanism,and a strong support for the development of regional industries.However,in the actual construction and operation process,the construction of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges also faces predicament such as difficulty in mode selection,different objectives between schools and enterprises,unclear ownership of property rights,and imperfect internal management system and mechanism.It is necessary to choose a construction mode properly,build a school-enterprise joint education community,clarify property rights division and protection,and establish a diversified and collaborative operation mode,so as to tackle the predicament of industrial college construction.
