摘要
以宜昌地区某高镁低品位磷矿为试验对象,对比研究了硫酸、磷酸及混酸的抑制性能,并确定了该矿石优化的浮选工艺流程及药剂制度。当原矿P_2O_5质量分数为20.80%、MgO质量分数为6.30%、磨矿细度为≤-0.074 mm占63.94%时,以磷酸为最优抑制剂,采用一次粗选两次精选一次扫选(扫选中矿集中返回粗选)流程,可以得到产率为61.81%,品位31.12%,回收率为88.79%的磷精矿产品。单一脱镁反浮选过程中,抑制剂对分选指标影响极大。
To comparative study the inhibitory properties of sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid and mixed acid,in this research,high-magnesium low-grade phosphate ore from Yichang were taken as the experimental subject and determined its optimum flotation flow-sheet as well as reagent system.When the P 2O 5 grade was 21.08%,MgO grade was 6.30%,grinding fineness of≤-0.074 mm accounted for 63.94%,phosphoric acid was used as the optimal inhibitor,the phosphate concentrate with yield of 61.81%,grade of 31.12%and recovery of 88.79%could be obtained by using one roughing-two cleanings and single sweep(concentrated returning of middling to rough flotation)flotation flow sheets.In the process of de-magging single reverse flotation,inhibitors have great effect on beneficiation indexes.
