摘要
运用AutoChem3100全自动尿碘分析仪,建立测定尿液中碘的方法。样品经消解后使用AutoChem3100全自动尿碘分析仪,测定尿液中碘含量。方法的线性范围为0~300μg/L,相关系数r≥0.9994,最低检出限为2.0μg/L,RSD在0.7%~2.1%之间,回收率在90.6%~96.2%之间,平均回收率为94.1%,质量控制样品测定结果均在所规定的不确定度范围之内。方法测定结果准确可靠,对操作者的技术要求不高,操作简便,易于推广,适用于尿中碘含量的测定。
To establish a method for measuring iodine in urine by using AutoChem3100 automatic urinary iodine analyzer.The iodine content of urine was measured using AutoChem3100 automatic urinary iodine analyzer.Linear range of the method is 0-300μg/L,The correlation coefficient of the method is 0.9994,the minimum detection limit is 2.0μg/L,RSD is between 0.7%and 2.1%,the recovery is between 90.6%and 96.2%,the average recovery is 94.1%,and the measurement results of quality control samples are within the specified uncertainty range.The determination results of this method are accurate andreliable,with low technical requirement,easy to operate and suitable for the determination of the iodine content in urine.
