联合体与共同体:政行企校协同推进产教融合的创新机制 被引量:3

摘要 市域产教联合体和行业产教融合共同体是统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新,推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇,优化职业教育类型定位的有效载体,是政行企校合力汇聚政策、资金、技术、人才资源破解校企联而不合、校际合作不深难题,服务人的全面发展、服务经济社会高质量发展的创新机制。建设市域产教联合体和行业产教融合共同体,充分认识两者的联系区别,明确产教融合创新机制的典型特征,厘清建设思路发挥长效功能,对培养更多高素质技术技能人才,推进中国式现代化具有重要意义。 The municipal industry and education consortium and the industrial community of integration between industry and education are effective carriers for coordinating the innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education,promoting the integration between vocational and general education,between industry and education,and between technologyn and education,optimizing the type positioning of vocational education.They are innovative mechanisms for the joint efforts of goverment industry,enterprises and schools to gather policies,funds,technology,and talent resources to solve the problems of conflicts between schools and enterprises,and the lack of deep inter-school cooperation,serving the comprehensive development of people and the high-quality development of the economy and society.The construction of the municipal industry and education consortium and the industrial community of integration between industry and education is of great significance for cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents,promoting Chinese path to modernization.We should fully understand the connection,difference and typical characteristics of them,and clarify the construction ideas to play a long-term role.
