水产品中氯化石蜡污染研究进展

Research Progress of Chlorinated Paraffin Contamination in Aquatic Products

摘要 氯化石蜡(Chlorinated paraffins,CPs)是一类新型的卤代有机污染物,因其持久性、长距离迁移特性和生物蓄积性等持久性有机污染物(Persistent organic pollutant,POPs)特性成为近年来国际环境科学的研究热点之一。CPs具有亲脂性,易富集在水生生物体内,通过食物链间的传递产生生物放大效应,进而引起水产品质量安全隐患,最终通过膳食摄入对人类健康构成潜在的风险。文章以水产品研究对象,综述了水产品中CPs的前处理和检测方法、水产品中的残留情况和分布特征以及其毒性效应,并对未来CPs在水产品中的研究趋势进行了展望。 Chlorinated paraffins(CPs)are a new type of halogenated organic pollutants,which have become one of the hotspots in international environmental science in recent years.Due to their persistent organic pollutant(POPs)characteristics such as persistence,long-distance migration and biological accumulation.CPs are lipophilic and easy to be enriched in aquatic organisms,which can produce a biological amplification effect through the transmission of the food chain,thus causing potential risks to the quality and safety of aquatic products,and finally posing potential risks to human health through dietary intake.Taking aquatic products as the research object,this article reviewed the pretreatment and detection methods of CPs in aquatic products,the residual status and distribution characteristics of CPs in aquatic products,as well as its toxic effects,and prospected the future research trend of CPs in aquatic products.
