摘要
“刚健自强”精神是中华武术相较于其他体育运动项目所独有的文化品质,对提升大学生“精气神”具有重要意义。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以培育刚健自强精神为目的对高校武术教学进行改革实践研究。研究认为:武术刚健自强精神的内涵包括积极开拓、自强不息的进取意识,迎难而上、勇往直前的责任担当,大胆果断、稳重自信的心理气质。通过对大学体育武术课程中的课程目标、教学内容、学习策略进行教学设计与实践反思,发现将武术历史融入讲解中,在教学中阐发武术技术技理以及改革武术技术教学结构对高校武术教学培育学生刚健自强精神具有重要作用。
The spirit of"resilience and self-improvement"is a unique cultural quality of Chinese martial arts compared to other sports,and is of great significance for enhancing the"spirit,energy,and spirit"of college students.The article uses research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to conduct practical research on the reform of martial arts teaching in universities with the aim of cultivating a strong and self strengthening spirit.Research suggests that the connotation of martial arts'spirit of resilience and self-improvement includes an enterprising spirit of active exploration and self-improvement,a sense of responsibility to face difficulties and move forward courageously,and a psychological temperament of boldness,decisiveness,stability,and confidence.Through teaching design and practical reflection on the curriculum objectives,teaching content,and learning strategies in university physical education and martial arts courses,it is found that integrating martial arts history into teaching,elucidating martial arts technology and theory in teaching,and reforming the teaching structure of martial arts technology play an important role in cultivating students'strong and self-reliant spirit in university martial arts teaching.
