摘要
以实际科技园区厂房结构改造项目为研究对象,对其弹线定位、钻孔及清孔处理、配胶与定点注胶、搭设承压支架并植筋等步骤的技术进行优化。结果表明,在5个执行区域中,使用优化后的技术所植筋的极限抗拉承载力均可达到220N以上,证明此技术具有更佳的应用效果,可提高厂房结构的稳定性和安全性。
Taking the actual plant structure renovation project of science and technology park as the research object,the technical optimization of spring line positioning,drilling and cleaning treatment,glue allocation and fixed point injection,erection of pressure support and planting ofreinforcement and other steps is carried out.The results show that in the five execution areas,the ultimate tensile capacity of the reinforced bars with the optimized technology can reach more than 220 N,which indicates that the technology has better application effect and can improve the stability and safety of the plantstructure.
