基于专利分析的全球氮化硅技术创新趋势及产业发展对策研究

Research on Global Silicon Nitride Technology Innovation Trend and Industrial Development Countermeasures Based on Patent Analysis

摘要 氮化硅陶瓷材料因硬度高、耐高温、抗腐蚀、透波等特殊性能,在航空航天、生物医学、军事、精密机床、冶金、汽车、电子等领域中广泛应用。基于incoPat数据库平台以图表、矩阵等可视化方法,对氮化硅陶瓷材料全球专利的申请趋势、区域分布、创新主体、技术布局及功效进行了剖析。结果表明,氮化硅陶瓷材料专利申请类型以发明和实用新型为主,中国属于专利技术输入主要目标国,且国内主要申请人中高校、科研院所创新能力较强,企业研发重点较为集中、海外技术布局过少,作者针对上述分析结果对中国氮化硅陶瓷材料产业的发展方向提出了对策建议。 Silicon nitride is widely used in aerospace,biomedical,military,precision machine tools,metallurgy,automobile,electronics and other fields because of its high hardness,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and wave transmission.Based on incoPat database platform,this paper analyzes the application trend,regional distribution,innovative subjects,technical layout and efficacy of global patents of silicon nitride ceramic materials by visualization methods such as charts and matrices.The results show that the patent application types of silicon nitride ceramic materials are mainly inventions and utility models,and China belongs to the main target country of patent technology import.Among the main applicants in China,universities and research institutes have strong innovation ability,the research and development focus of enterprises is relatively concentrated,and overseas technology layout is too few.Based on the above analysis results,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development direction of silicon nitride ceramic materials industry in China.
