摘要
本文以山东省沂南县为例,旨在探究如何在乡村振兴背景下推进农村电商发展。山东沂南县作为一个典型的农业县,农村电商发展面临着消费习惯差异大、特色农产品知名度较低、物流和配送服务存在瓶颈制约和缺乏电商高端人才等问题。因此,本文从提高农村电商服务品质、加强品牌建设和市场营销、引导扶持物流配送行业向农村市场延伸及完善农村电商人才队伍培养机制四方面提出推进农村电商发展的对策,以供参考。
Taking Yinan County in Shandong Province as an example,this paper aims to explore how to promote the development of rural e-commerce in the context of rural revitalization.Yinan County in Shandong,as a typical agricultural county,faces such problems as large diff erences in consumption habits,low visibility of special agricultural products,bottleneck constraints in logistics and distribution services,and a lack of high-end e-commerce talents in the development of rural e-commerce.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of rural e-commerce from four aspects:improving the quality of rural e-commerce services,strengthening brand building and marketing,guiding and supporting the extension of the logistics and distribution industry to the rural market,and perfecting the mechanisms for cultivating rural e-commerce talents for reference.
