摘要
社交媒体给档案馆创新信息服务提供新的平台和机会。以国内省级及以上档案馆开通的且正在运营的29个档案馆微信公众号为调研对象,利用网络调研法搜集数据,通过内容分析、统计分析和典型案例分析,深入系统地揭示我国档案馆微信公众平台的具体应用现状,进一步提出档案机构利用社交媒体创新信息服务的启发。
Social media provides new platforms and opportunities for archives to innovate their information services.This study aims to explore application status of archives WeChat public platforms in China.Data was collected from the running 29 provincial and above archives WeChat public platforms using online survey,and further analyzed by content analysis,statistical analysis and case studies.In addition,this study puts forward suggestions on how to utilize social media to innovate information services for archival institutions in China.
