摘要
临近燃气管道盾构施工导致燃气管道变形,对盾构过程中盾构参数对燃气管道变形影响敏感程度的研究相对较少。依托济南地铁3号线二期工程某区间盾构临近燃气管线施工的工程案例,以MidasGTS-NX有限元分析软件为主要研究手段,通过设定不同的盾构参数,分析得出注浆压力变化、掌子面平衡压力变化下燃气管道的变形规律。结果表明,燃气管道变形对注浆压力的变化比掌子面平衡压力变化更敏感,当注浆压力不足或盾尾注浆不密实时,盾构引起的管线变形比注浆压力在标准值基础上增加的情况增加约17.8%;燃气管线竖向位移随掌子面压力的增大先增大后减小,但影响极小,变化在5%以内,当掌子面压力较标准压力减小约5%以后掌子面将出现滑移破坏。
The shield tunneling near the gas pipeline causes deformation of the gas pipeline,and there is relatively little research on the sensitivity of shield tunneling parameters to the deformation of the gas pipeline during the shield tunneling process.Based on the engineering case of shield tunneling near gas pipelines in a certain section of Jinan Metro Line 3 Phase II project,using MidasGTS-NX finite element analysis software as the main research method,different shield tunneling parameters are set to analyze the deformation law of gas pipelines under changes in grouting pressure and balance pressure of the working face.The results show that the deformation of gas pipelines is more sensitive to the changes in grouting pressure than the changes in the balance pressure of the face.When the grouting pressure is insufficient or the grouting at the shield tail is not dense,the deformation of the pipeline caused by shield tunneling increases by about 17.8%compared to the situation where the grouting pressure increases on the basis of the standard value;the vertical displacement of the gas pipeline first increases and then decreases with the increase of the face pressure,but the impact is minimal,with a variation of within 5%.When the face pressure decreases by about 5%compared to the standard pressure,the face will experience sliding failure.
