摘要
起重抬臂装置是实现海上平台一次性整体拆除的关键设备,文章设计了一套具有72×103kN举升能力的双体船起重抬臂装置,介绍了起重抬臂装置的总体结构方案,讨论了起重抬臂装置的准备、补偿、举升和锁定4个作业流程。通过对起重抬臂装置关键部件的静力学分析,起重抬臂装置结构的最大变形和应力均满足设计要求。
The lifting device is the key equipment to realize the one-time overall dismantling of the offshore platform.This paper designs a lifting device for a catamaran with a lifting capacity of 72×103 kN,and introduces the overall structure scheme of the lifting device.It discusses the four operating procedures of preparation,compensa⁃tion,lifting,and locking on the lifting device.The statics analysis of the key parts for the lifting device shows that the maximum deformation and stress of the structure meet the design requirements.
