摘要
有机-无机金属卤化钙钛矿太阳能电池以钙钛矿优越的光电性能、可行的合成工艺和低廉的制造成本成为光伏研究热点之一。目前钙钛矿太阳能电池依然存在钙钛矿薄膜质量的问题,反溶剂处理即是解决该问题的优秀手段之一。反溶剂处理增加了薄膜形成过程中的晶粒密度,从而产生均匀且无针孔的钙钛矿薄膜,进而提升器件的性能。综述了钙钛矿膜反溶剂处理的种类及工作原理、影响钙钛矿膜质量的反溶剂工艺因素,以及其他替代反溶剂提升钙钛矿膜质量的有效手段。
Organic-inorganic metal halogenated perovskite solar cells have become one of the hot spots in photovoltaic re⁃search due to its superior photoelectric performance,feasible synthesis process and low manufacturing cost.At present,perovskite solar cells still have problems in the quality of perovskite film.Anti-solvent treatment is one of the excellent methods to solve this problem.The anti-solvent treatment increases the grain density during film formation,resulting in uni⁃form and pinhole-free perovskite film,which improves device performance.This paper reviews the types and working princi⁃ples of anti-solvent treatment of perovskite film,the anti-solvent process factors affecting the quality of perovskite film,and other effective means to improve the quality of perovskite film instead of anti-solvent.
