紫外线与杀菌增效剂联合应用的研究进展

摘要 紫外线能够有效杀灭细菌、真菌和病毒等多种病原微生物,具有高效快捷、设备简单、易于操作和无二次污染等优势。然而,紫外线杀菌过程受到多种因素的影响,使得其杀菌效果不理想。因此,将紫外线联合杀菌增效剂以增强杀菌效果,成为当前紫外线杀菌的研究方向之一。本文从紫外线的杀菌局限性作为出发点,分析了辐射剂量、照射强度、照射时间、紫外灯型和损伤DNA修复等因素对紫外杀菌效果的影响;对植物精油、有机酸和消毒剂等杀菌增效剂进行了归纳,阐述了紫外线与杀菌增效剂联合作用时可发挥的氧化应激、细胞膜损伤、抑制DNA修复和干扰嘌呤代谢等多种作用机制,总结了紫外线与杀菌增效剂联合在工业环保、医疗卫生和食品安全等领域的应用,并对紫外线与杀菌增效剂的杀菌组合前景进行展望,以期为紫外线杀菌及其增效剂的研究和应用提供理论参考和实践指导。 Ultraviolet(UV)is an effective method for killing various pathogenic microorganisms,including bacteria,fungi,and viruses.It offers advantages such as high efficiency,simplicity of equipment,ease of operation,and absence of secondary pollution.However,the effectiveness of UV disinfection can be compromised by various factors.Therefore,the use of UV in combination with bactericidal synergists to improve its efficacy has become one of the current research directions in UV disinfection.Starting with the limitations of UV disinfection,this article analyzes the factors affecting UV disinfection,such as radiation dose,irradiance,duration,UV lamp types,and DNA repair mechanisms,and categorizes bactericidal synergists,including plant essential oils,organic acids,and disinfectants,elucidating the multiple mechanisms of action when UV is combined with bactericidal synergists,including oxidative stress,cell membrane damage,inhibition of DNA repair,and interference with purine metabolism.The article summarizes the combined applications of UV and bactericidal synergists in industrial environmental protection,healthcare,and food safety,and provides prospects for the future of UV and bactericidal synergists research,offering theoretical references and practical guidance.
