摘要
粉尘是矿井生产中主要的职业危害之一,目前国内在矿井粉尘治理方面主要采取煤层注水、喷雾降尘、湿式除尘风机除尘和干式除尘风机除尘等方式。KCG矿用干式除尘风机与KCS矿用湿式除尘风机都是为了处理矿山、矿井、隧道等掘进工作面产生的粉尘净化空气的通风设备,通过对干式除尘风机和湿式除尘风机在结构、工作原理、耗电、除尘效率等多个方面进行比较,总结出干式除尘风机在矿井使用中的优缺点及国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司石圪台煤矿针对粉尘治理上采取的有效措施。
Dust is one of the main occupational hazards in mine production.At present,coal seam water injection,spray dust reduction,wet dedusting fan dedusting and dry dedusting fan dedusting are mainly adopted in domestic mine dust control.KCG mining dry dust removal fan and KCS mining wet dust removal fan are both ventilation equipment used to purify air from dust generated by driving face in mines,shafts,roadways,etc.By comparing the structure,working principle,power consumption,dust removal efficiency and other aspects of dry dust removal fan and wet dust removal fan,the advantages and disadvantages of dry dust removal fans in mine use are summarized,as well as the effective measures taken by Shigetai Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.for dust control.
