摘要
工作面过上覆集中煤柱容易引发动载矿压和支架压死事故,以乌兰木伦煤矿222011工作面为工程背景采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的手段,研究了工作面过上覆集中煤柱顶板破断及覆岩应力分布特征,结果表明:222011工作面过上覆集中煤柱期间,基本顶破断形成铰接结构,随着工作面继续推进,顶板应力集中区域显著扩大,垂直应力急剧增加,易引发动载矿压和支架压死事故。通过采取顶板超前水力压裂,计算合理开采高度,加强液压支架管理,工作面调斜及等压推进一系列技术措施,保障了工作面过上覆集中煤柱期间安全生产。研究成果可为相似工程地质条件下工作面过上覆集中煤柱提供借鉴。
When the working face passes through the overlying concentrated coal pillar,it is easy to cause dynamic mine pressure and support crushing accidents.Taking the 222011 working face of Wulanmulun Coal Mine as the engineering background,by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the roof breaking of the working face passing through the overlying concentrated coal pillar and the stress distribution characteristics of the overlying rock were studied.The results show that when the 222011 working face passes through the overlying concentrated coal pillar,the basic roof breaking forms an articulated structure,as the working face continues to advance,the stress concentration area on the roof significantly expands,and the vertical stress sharply increases,which can easily lead to accidents of dynamic pressure and support crushing.By adopting a series of technical measures such as roof advance hydraulic fracturing,calculating reasonable mining height,strengthening the management of hydraulic support,working face slope adjustment and waiting weighting advancement,the safe production of the working face during the period of passing through the overlying concentrated coal pillar was ensured.The research results can provide reference for the working face passing through the overlying concentrated coal pillars with similar engineering geological conditions.
