含类B_(3)O_(6)型有机平面π共轭基团的紫外非线性光学晶体的研究进展

摘要 非线性光学(NLO)晶体材料作为激光科学的重要组成部分,因其在信息存储等领域的广泛应用而越来越受到研究人员的关注.从阴离子基团理论可知,具有π共轭电子结构的平面六元环(B_(3)O_(6))基团是“中国牌”晶体β-Ba_(2)B_(2)O_(4)(BBO)具有优异光学性能的决定性化学组分.因此,利用具有共轭大π键的平面基团进行紫外NLO晶体的分子构筑,已成为探索新型具有良好NLO性能材料的一种非常有效的方式.近年来,为了拓宽紫外NLO晶体的研究范围,具有与(B_(3)O_(6))基团相似构型的一系列有机平面π共轭基团逐渐引起了研究人员的兴趣.目前,研究人员已经发现了许多具有优异光学性能的含类B_(3)O_(6)型有机平面π共轭基团的紫外NLO晶体,这些B_(3)O_(6)型有机共轭基团可以根据构成六元环的原子分为不同的类别:(HxC_(3)N_(3)O_(3))^(x-3)(x=0~3)(氰尿酸离子)、(HxC_(4)N_(2)O_(3))^(x-4)(x=2,3)(巴比妥酸离子)、(C_(3)H_(7)N_(6))^(+)(三聚氰胺离子)、(C_(5)H_(6)ON)+(4-羟基吡啶阳离子)和(C_(4)H_(6)N_(3))+(2-氨基嘧啶阳离子).重点介绍含类B_(3)O_(6)型有机平面π共轭基团的紫外NLO晶体的研究进展,并总结它们的晶体结构、合成方法、光学性能以及结构和性质之间的关系,为了解类B_(3)O_(6)型有机平面π共轭基团及其光学功能性质提供一个清晰的视角,并促进新型紫外NLO晶体的研究. Nonlinear optical(NLO)materials as a crucial part of laser science have attracted increasing attentions because of their wide applications in information storages,et al.Based on the anionic group theory,the planar 6-membered ring(B_(3)O_(6))group withπ-conjugated electronic structure is the decisive chemical component of“China brand”crystalβ-Ba_(2)B_(2)O_(4)(β-BBO)with excellent optical properties.Therefore,it is an effective way to explore new materials with good NLO properties by using planarπ-conjugated groups.In recent years,the organic coplanarπ-conjugated B_(3)O_(6)-typed structures have caught researchers'attentions due to their similar configurations to the(B_(3)O_(6))groups,which are the potential sources for exploring the(B_(3)O_(6))groups with outstanding optical properties.Up to now,researchers have obtained many ultraviolet(UV)NLO crystals with excellent properties withπ-conjugated B_(3)O_(6)-typed groups.Herein,these B_(3)O_(6)-typed groups could be divided into different categories according to the atoms constituting 6-MRs:(HxC_(3)N_(3)O_(3))^(x-3)(x=0-3)(Cyanurate ion),(HxC_(4)N_(2)O_(3))^(x-4)(x=2,3)(Barbiturate ion),(C_(3)H_(7)N_(6))^(+)(Melamine ion),(C_(5)H_(6)ON)+(4-hydroxypyridine cation),and(C_(4)H_(6)N_(3))+(2-aminopyrimidinium cation).In this review,we introduced the research advances of NLO materials withπ-conjugated B_(3)O_(6)-typed groups,and summarized the crystal structures,synthetic methods,optical performances,as well as the relationships between structures and properties.This work provided a clear perspective for understanding the coplanarπ-conjugated B_(3)O_(6)-typed groups with their optical functional properties and promote the searches to develop potential NLO functional crystals.
