基于BIM的结构地震损伤性能评估方法

摘要 结构损伤性能的评估与控制是当前结构抗震设计的热点之一,定量评估结构的地震损伤和抗震性能是制定抗震防灾决策的重要依据。然而,在目前的评估方法之中存在评估所需信息缺乏有效的组织与关联、评估过程前处理阶段自动化程度低下、评估指标单一、评估结果难以被业主等利益相关方理解等问题。结合损伤指数加权计算法和构件损伤状态的地震损失计算法,提出一种基于BIM的结构地震损伤性能评估方法。通过对结构损伤性能评估所需信息分析,定义构件损伤性能状态组并对评估信息进行统一组织与关联;采用层间最大位移角、Park-Ang双参数损伤指数和地震直接经济损失为量化指标评估结构的地震损伤性能;之后将评估结果反向映射回BIM构件之中,利用BIM技术可视化和虚拟化的特点,建立了绝对模式和相对模式两种可视化模式,便于评估结果被业主等利益相关方理解。最后,对某一RC剪力墙结构进行地震损伤性能评估,验证了该方法的合理性和优越性。 The structural damage performance assessment and control is one of the hot spots in current structural seismic design.Quantitative assessment of structural damage and seismic behavior is an important basis for making seismic disaster prevention decisions.However,there are some problems in the current assessment methods,such as the required information for assessment was not effectively organized and correlated,the pretreatment phase of assessment process was poorly automated,the assessment index was single,the assessment results were hard to understand for owners and other stakeholders.Combined with the damage index weighted calculation method and the seismic loss calculation method of structural damage state,a seismic damage performance assessment method based BIM was proposed.The required information for structural damage performance assessment was analyzed,component damage performance state group was defined and the evaluation information was uniformly organized and correlated.Also the seismic damage performance of the structure was assessed with the maximum story drift,Park-Ang two-parameter damage index and the earthquake direct economic loss.After that,the evaluation results were reflected back into the BIM component.Based on the characteristics of visualization and virtualization of BIM technology,absolute and relative visualization modes were established for stakeholders such as owners to easily understand the evaluation results.Finally,the seismic damage performance of a RC shear wall structure was evaluated,and the rationality and superiority of the method were proved.
