摘要
以黄河三角洲滨海潮间带和潮上带盐地碱蓬为研究对象,对土壤-植物系统中矿质元素的含量特征进行研究,并结合土壤理化性质揭示影响矿质元素分布和迁移的环境因子。结果显示:不同矿质元素在盐地碱蓬中的含量顺序依次为Na,N,Mg,K,Ca,Fe,P,Mn,Zn和Cu。除P和K外,其他矿质元素在不同器官中的差异显著(p<0.05),其中,叶中的N,Na,Ca和Mg等元素含量大于茎和根中的,根中的Cu元素含量大于茎和叶中的,而茎中的Fe,Mn和Zn等元素含量大于根和叶中的。土壤中除N,P和K等生命元素外,潮间带其他矿质元素含量均大于潮上带,盐地碱蓬对N,P,Na和Mg的富集系数较高,说明其对滨海湿地氮磷污染物去除及盐碱地改良具有显著作用。
Taking Suaeda salsa wetland in the coastal intertidal zone and the supratidal zone of the Yellow River Delta as the research object,the content characteristics of mineral elements in soil plant continuum are studied,and the environmental factors affecting the distribution and migration of mineral elements combined with soil physical and chemical properties are revealed.The results show that the order of contents of different mineral elements in the Suaeda salsa is Na,N,Mg,K,Ca,Fe,P,Mn,Zn and Cu.Except life elements of P and K,other mineral elements in different plant organs are significant differences(p<0.05),wherein,elements such as N,Na,Ca and Mg n leaves is higher than that in stems and roots,while the content of Cu in roots is higher than that in stems and leaves,while the content of elements such as Fe,Mn,and Zn in stems is higher than that in roots and leaves.Except life elements of N,P and K in the soil,other mineral elements in the intertidal zone is higher than that in the supratidal zone.Suaeda salsa has a higher enrichment coefficient for N,P,Na,and Mg,indicating that it has a significant effect on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in coastal wetlands and the improvement of saline alkali lands.
