摘要
在建筑生产领域,建筑材料的使用寿命和建筑的使用寿命有密切的关联。为此,在当前的建筑领域,要尤其重视对建筑材料老化和寿命评估进行把控。为此,本文在观点论述的过程中,针对建筑材料老化和寿命评估进行了论述,分析了建筑材料老化机理、特点和寿命评估方法,并介绍了建筑材料老化监测与检测技术的最新进展。基于本文的观点分析,希望为推动建筑材料老化与寿命评估提供一些经验分享和借鉴。
In the field of construction production,the service life of building materials is closely related to the service life of buildings.Therefore,in the current construction field,special attention should be paid to the aging and life assessment of building materials.In the process of discussing the opinion,this paper discusses the aging and life assessment of building materials,analyzes the aging mechanism,characteristics and life assessment methods of building materials,and introduces the latest progress of aging monitoring and detection technology of building materials.Based on the opinion analysis in this paper,it’s hoped to provide some experience sharing and reference for promoting the aging and life assessment of building materials.
