基于LabVIEW和2D激光扫描的受电弓滑板磨耗测量

摘要 设计了一种基于LabVIEW和激光雷达扫描的受电弓滑板磨耗测量方法和装置。使用2D激光雷达扫描受电弓滑板,通过对激光测量数据分析提取滑板上表面横截曲线,并通过线性拟合矫正曲线以解决降弓测量时滑板倾斜问题,通过对比初始数据和磨耗后数据得到磨耗值。经过反复测试,这种测量方法和测量装置满足降弓状态下全滑板磨耗精确测量要求,测量精度高,测量重复性好。 A method and device for measuring the wear of pantograph slide plate based on LabVIEW and LiDAR scanning are designed.2D LiDAR is used to scan the pantograph slide board.The transverse curve of the upper surface of the slide board is extracted by analyzing the laser measurement data,and the correction curve is linearly fitted to solve the tilt problem of the slide board during the bow drop measurement.The wear value is obtained by comparing the initial data with the data after wear.After repeated testing,the measuring method and measuring device meet the requirements of accurate measurement of the wear of the whole slide under the condition of falling bow,with high measurement accuracy and good repeatability.
