阐述荧光传感器的基本原理和设备结构,荧光传感器的传感机理,包括分子内电荷转移、扭转的分子内电荷转移、光诱导电子转移、荧光共振能量转移、激发态分子内质子转移、聚集诱导发光,展望荧光传感器的发展趋势。
This paper describes the basic principle and equipment structure of fluorescence sensors,as well as the sensing mechanism of fluorescence sensors,including intramolecular charge transfer,twisted intramolecular charge transfer,photoinduced electron transfer,fluorescence resonance energy transfer,excited state intramolecular proton transfer,aggregation induced luminescence,and looks forward to the development trend of fluorescence sensors.
