阐述第三代半导体及氮化镓(GaN)材料制备工艺,以及第三代半导体在全球和国内的发展情况,分析氮化镓(GaN)材料的特征和氮化镓半导体材料的应用,包括在通信系统、功率半导体、军事用途、电子学中的应用。
This paper describes the preparation process of third-generation semiconductors and gallium nitride(GaN)materials,as well as the development of third-generation semiconductors globally and domestically.It analyzes the characteristics of GaN materials and their applications,including in communication systems,power semiconductors,military applications,and electronics.
