摘要
中医问诊是中医诊察疾病的重要方法,也是医患沟通的重要环节。将“大医精诚”思政元素融入中医诊断学问诊实践教学设计,使课程思政与专业教学相渗透,以医学人文精神引导学生更好地理解教学内容。同时,通过角色扮演教学方式改革和多元化考核方式引导,使学生有效掌握问诊技巧和方法。从而提升中医学生的医患沟通技能,为其执业生涯奠定坚实基础。
Traditional Chinese medicine inquiry is an important way to diagnose diseases,and an important link of doctor-patient communication.The ideological and political elements of“great doctor’s sincerity”was integrated into the design of inquiry teaching practice in the course diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine to permeate the ideological and political education in curriculum and professional teaching.Guiding students to better understand teaching contents with medical humanistic spirit,and guiding students to master the skills and methods of inquiry effectively through the reform of role-playing teaching methods and diversified assessment methods.As a result,traditional Chinese medicine students can improve the doctor-patient communication skills and lay a solid foundation for their professional career.
