摘要
目前,电力系统各主体的电能读出与回收工作正由传统的分散式人工向自动化方向发展,为电力系统的电能读出与回收提供了更为先进的技术与服务,保障了电力系统的工作品质。文章探讨了从分散的人工电价抄收到集中的智慧电价抄收的转变过程,以及这两种流程的利弊,以期提升电能抄收的品质,为公众提供优质的服务。
At present,the electric energy reading and recovery work of various main bodies of the electric power system is developing from the traditional decentralized manual operation to automation,which provides more advanced technology and services for the electric energy reading and recovery of electric power system,and ensures the working quality of electric power system.This paper discusses the transition process from decentralized manual electricity bill reading and charging to centralized smart electricity bill reading and charging,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these two processes,aiming to improve the quality of electric energy reading and charging and provide high-quality services to the public.
