摘要
数控车床是科学技术不断发展的产物,是一种现代化加工设备,本身具有较强的自动化控制能力,能够准确、高效地完成各种工件的加工任务。但是,在数控车床投入使用后,由于伺服系统运行异常、刀具参数设置不当,容易导致工件加工精度不足。因此,制造业在引入数控车床开展加工任务时,不仅要了解数控车床的运行原理和主要特征,还要总结影响加工精度的主要因素,并采取针对性改进措施,以提高工件加工的质量和效率,充分发挥数控车床的作用和功能。
Computer number control lathe is the product of the continuous development of science and technology,as a modern processing equipment,its own has a strong automatic control effect,can accurately and efficiently complete a variety of workpiece processing tasks.However,after the computer number control lathe is put into use,due to the abnormal operation of the servo system and the improper setting of the tool parameters,it is easy to lead to the insufficient machining accuracy of the workpiece.Therefore,when the manufacturing industry introduces the computer number control lathe to carry out the processing task,it is not only necessary to understand the operating principle and main characteristics of the computer number control lathe,but also to be good at summarizing the main factors affecting the processing accuracy,and to take targeted improvement measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the workpiece processing,and give full play to the role and function of the computer number control lathe.
