摘要
电弧炉项目建设输变电工程造价传统方法主要分析指数间的系数,忽略了电弧炉项目建设工程造价管理模型的准确性,为此提出基于结构导向的电弧炉项目建设输变电工程造价管理模型研究方法。分析电弧炉项目建设输变电工程造价的指标体系,计算电弧炉项目建设输变电工程正常报价的总价,建立电弧炉项目建设输变电工程投标的优化模型,利用工程造价的三角分布参数计算概率密度函数,计算电弧炉项目建设输变电结构的期望值和方差,并对电弧炉项目建设输变电工程造价进行风险评估,完成对电弧炉项目建设输变电工程造价管理模型的研究。实验结果表明,提出方法电弧炉项目建设输变电工程造价管理模型准确性和管理效率均较高。
The traditional method of electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and transformation project cost mainly analyzes the coefficient between indexes,ignoring the accuracy of the electric arc furnace project construction project cost management model.Therefore,a research method of electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and transformation project cost management model based on structure orientation is proposed.Analyze the index system of the electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and transformation project cost,calculate the total price of the normal quotation of the electric arc furnace project construction power transmis⁃sion and transformation project,establish the optimization model of the electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and trans⁃formation project bidding,use the triangular distribution parameters of the project cost to calculate the probability density function,calculate the expected value and variance of the electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and transformation structure,and conduct risk assessment on the electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and transformation project cost,Complete the research on cost management model of power transmission and transformation project of electric arc furnace project construction.The experimental results show that the proposed method of electric arc furnace project construction power transmission and transformation project cost management mod⁃el has high accuracy and management efficiency.
