摘要 面对重复建设严重、赋能效果不佳、可持续发展不足的问题,上海市长宁区用整区推进的方式进行教育数字化转型,破除“散点式”建设带来的一些应用的孤岛、系统的孤岛、数据的孤岛,实现区域教育的数据联通,激发参与主体活力,实现区域信息技术推动教育发展从量变到质变的发展。建成数字基座,实现国家—市—区—校优质教育资源全区共用。基于应用和数据贯通,精准分析学情,推进大规模因材施教。建立共创共享机制,为教师赋权增能,实现可持续发展。通过整区推进教育数字化转型,提升了师生数字素养,构建了价值共赋、充满活力的转型生态,促进了教育更加公平、更有质量的发展,形成了教育与社会生活互动发展的一致性力量。 In the face of the problems of serious redundant construction,poor empowerment effect and insufficient sustainable development,Changning District of Shanghai has adopted a district-wide approach to promote the digital transformation of education.This approach breaks down some of the application silos,system silos and data silos brought about by the"scattered"construction,realizes the data connectivity of regional education,stimulates the vitality of participants and facilitates the development of regional information technology to promote the development of education from quantitative change to qualitative change.A digital base is built to realize the sharing of high-quality educational resources across the entire district.Based on the application and data coherence,the learning situation can be accurately analyzed,and large-scale individualized teaching can be promoted.A co-creation and sharing mechanism is established to empower teachers and achieve sustainable development.By promoting the digital transformation of education in the whole district,the digital literacy of teachers and students have been enhanced,a transformation ecology with shared values and vitality has been constructed,a more equitable and better development of education has been promoted,and a coherent force for the interactive development of education and social life has been formed.
