摘要
针对传统建筑设计模式存在的高返工率、缺乏协同设计和智能信息处理等问题,提出了一种基于BIM技术的绿色建筑节能设计方法,从绿色建筑设计原则、设计准备和设计概念等方面出发,构建了节能设计的总体方案。同时,通过对传统计算机辅助建筑设计和BIM绿色建筑技术进行比较分析,阐述了节能设计要素的内涵,包括建模软件选择、围护结构节能设计和照明节能设计等方面,并给出了基于BIM的绿色建筑节能效果评估方法,为BIM技术在绿色建筑领域的应用提供了一定的理论基础和应用支持。
In view of the high rework rate and lack of collaborative design and intelligent information processing in traditional building design processes,this paper proposes an energy-saving design method for green buildings based on BIM technology.Starting from the principles of green building design,design preparation,and design concepts,this method establishes an overall plan for energy-saving design.Furthermore,through a comparative analysis of traditional computer-aided architectural design and BIM green building technology,the paper elaborates on the connotation of energy-saving design elements,including the selection of modeling software,energy-saving design of building envelope structures,and lighting energy-saving design.The paper also presents an evaluation method for the energy-saving effect of green buildings based on BIM,providing a theoretical foundation and application support for the application of BIM technology in the field of green buildings.
