摘要
目的探析骨科护士管理中采用分级授权管理模式的有效性。方法选取山东健康集团莱芜中心医院2022年1—12月期间的骨科护士22名为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组11名,对照组提供传统管理,观察组提供分级授权管理模式,对比两组护士的管理成效。结果观察组骨科护士的核心技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨科护士的职业认同感高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨科护士的情绪智力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科护士管理中采用分级授权管理模式的效果突出,有利于提高核心技能评分、职业认同评分和情绪智力水平。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of hierarchical authorization management model in orthopedic nurse management.Methods 22 orthopedic nurses from Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 11 nurses in each group.The control group provided traditional management,while the observation group provided a hierarchical authorization management model.The management effectiveness of the two groups of nurses was compared.Results The core skill scores of orthopedic nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational identity of orthopedic nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional intelligence level of orthopedic nurses in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical authorization management model in the management of orthopedic nurses has outstanding effects and is conducive to improving core skill scores,professional identity scores and emotional intelligence levels.
