摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础(problem-based learing,PBL)教学法联合案例(case-based learing,CBL)教学法对儿科实习生专业知识及综合素质的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月日照市岚山区人民医院儿科实习生40名,将2020年1月—2021年6月采取常规教学模式期间的20名实习生设为对照组。2021年7月—2022年12月采取PBL联合CBL教学模式期间的20名实习生设为观察组。对比两组专业知识、综合素质及教学满意度评分。结果观察组基础理论、专科知识、病例分析得分高于对照组;临床思维、医患沟通、团队合作、职业素养、自学能力、总结能力、文献查阅能力、工作适应能力、课程设计、教学态度、教学能力、教学责任心评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学能提高儿科实习生的专业知识水平,增强综合素质,获得更高的教学满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of problem-based(PBL)teaching method combined with case-based(CBL)teaching method on the professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of pediatric interns.Methods 40 pediatric interns from Lanshan District People's Hospital of Rizhao City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected,and 20 interns who adopted the regular teaching model from January 2020 to June 2021 were set as the control group.20 interns during the period of adopting the PBL combined CBL teaching model from July 2021 to December 2022 will be set up as an observation group.Compare the professional knowledge,comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups.Results The scores of basic theory,professional knowledge and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The scores for clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication,teamwork,professionalism,self-study ability,summary ability,literature review ability,work adaptability,curriculum design,teaching attitude,teaching ability,and teaching responsibility were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching can improve the professional knowledge level of pediatric interns,enhance their comprehensive quality,and achieve higher teaching satisfaction.
