摘要
全科医学关乎着我国民生和健康中国战略能否顺利完整地实施,全科医学人才的培养取决于全科医学教育,全科住院医师规范化培训是全科医学教育的核心和关键环节,全科住院医师规范化培训师资则是影响全科医学人才培养质量的直接决定因素,只有加强全科师资队伍的质量建设才能培养出合格的全科医学人才。我国全科发展起步较晚,全科师资目前尚存在较多问题,师资问题会导致全科医学人才培养陷入困境,加强全科师资的质量建设,优化全科师资队伍,是解决全科医学人才培养问题的必然要求。
General medicine is related to our country's people's livelihood and the smooth and complete implementation of the Healthy China strategy.The cultivation of general medical talents depends on general medical education.The standardized training of general practice residents is the core and key link of general medicine education,and the teachers for the standardized training of general practice residents are a direct determinant of the quality of general medicine talent training.Only by strengthening the quality construction of general practice teachers can we cultivate qualified general medicine talents.The development of general medicine in my country started relatively late,and there are still many problems with general medicine teachers.The problem of teachers will lead to difficulties in the training of general medical talents.Strengthening the quality construction of general teachers and optimizing the general teaching team are inevitable requirements to solve the problem of general medical talent training.
