渤海油气平台CH_(4)排放因子研究

摘要 油气系统中的生产环节以及天然气系统的储存和运输环节会排放大量的甲烷(CH_(4)),具有较大的减排潜力。渤海油气生产设施CH_(4)排放源可分为逃逸、放空和火炬燃烧三类。主要排放设施包含井口平台、中心平台、FPSO(浮式生产储卸油装置)等。通过分析国内外油气行业温室气体核算指南与实际生产流程中逸散与放空源存在的差异,统计现场检测数据,获取CH_(4)实际排放量,规范检测规程和计算方法,最终确定渤海油气生产设施CH_(4)气体逸散和放空排放因子。 The production link of oil and gas system and the storage and transportation link of natural gas system could be emitted large amounts of methane(CH_(4)),which has a high potential for emission reduction.The main CH_(4)emission sources of oil and gas production facilities in Bohai can be divided into fugitive,venting and flare combustion.The main discharge facilities include wellhead platform,central platform,FPSO(floating production,storage and offloading unit)and so on.By analyzing the domestic and international oil and gas industry,there exists the difference between the greenhouse gas accounting guidelines and the fugitive and venting in actual production processes.In addition,through the statistics of field detection data,the actual CH_(4)emissions are obtained,and the test procedures and calculation methods are standardized.Finally,the CH_(4)gaseous fugitive and venting emission factors of oil and gas production facilities in Bohai are determined.
