摘要
已公布的简帛医药文献现存约700首医方,其中少量医方附记了方药的来源,表明了医方传承者、献方者或处方者信息,属于简帛医书名家经验方。这些经验方可以促进早期医学人物、医方来源研究。简帛医书部分名家验方被后世医书传承,且后世医家对其进行了发展与创新,反映了秦汉早期中医方药学已具有较高水平,同时也表明简帛医书方药文献是某些中医方药的源头性文献。
There are currently about 700 medical prescriptions in the published bamboo and silk medical manuscripts,among which a small number of prescriptions have recorded their source,indicating the information of the inheritor,donor or formulator of the prescription,belonging to the experienced prescriptions of famous physicians in bamboo and silk medical manuscripts.These experienced prescriptions can promote research on early medical physicians and sources of the prescription.Part of the experienced prescriptions has been passed down and developed and innovated in later medical books,reflecting the high level of traditional Chinese medicine in the early Qin and Han dynasties,and also indicating that bamboo and silk medical manuscripts are the source literature of traditional Chinese medicine.
