海上平台防腐涂层老化在线监测技术研究

摘要 防腐涂层能够防止钢结构的腐蚀和增加钢结构的使用寿命。由于各种因素的影响,防腐涂层易发生裂缝、腐蚀、起泡和剥落等现象,进而降低防腐涂层的保护作用,影响钢结构设施的强度,会给安全生产带来隐患。海上平台导管架的涂层老化评估对于结构评估至关重要,运用电化学阻抗谱在线监测技术,通过在关键部位布置涂层阻抗探头实现对涂层老化程度的在线监测,提前预知涂层老化程度和维修概率,以起到提高涂层性能、延长海上平台使用寿命等积极作用。 Anticorrosive coating can prevent the corrosion of steel structure and increase the service life of steel structure.Due to the influence of various factors,the anticorrosive coating will produce cracks,corrosion,bubbling and spalling,which greatly reduces the protective effect of anticorrosive coating,affects the strength of steel structure equipment,and brings hidden dangers to the safety of production.The coating aging evaluation of offshore platform jacket is very important for structural evaluation.The on-line monitoring technology of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is used to realize the on-line monitoring of coating aging degree by placing probes at key parts,and to predict coating aging degree and maintenance probability in advance,which plays a positive role in improving coating performance and extending the service life of offshore platform.
