摘要
P+R停车场效用发挥程度与其区位有密切关系,区位理论分析对优化P+R停车场布局具有重要意义.借鉴区位理论,基于停车人、企业和政府3方角度,构建P+R停车场布局的相对区位势基本模型,结合上海P+R停车场运行数据,研究建立上海P+R停车场布局相对区位势模型,通过定量分析,拟合各场库相对位势与停放量关系,提出构建分区分类标准的P+R停车场布局模式、研究构建P+R停车链式服务功能区,以及建立P+R停车场评估和动态调整机制等相关建议.
The utility of park and ride parking facilities is closely related to its location,and location theory analysis is of great significance for optimizing the layout of park and ride parking facilities.Based on the location theory,this paper builds the regional potential model for the layout of park and ride facilities in accordance with the three perspectives of park and ride facilities users,enterprises and the government.Combined with the operation data of park and ride parking lots in Shanghai,this paper studies and establishes the relative area potential model of the layout of park and ride facilities in Shanghai.Through quantitative analysis,it fits the relationship between the relative potential of each parking lot and the parking volume,proposes a P+R parking lot layout model for building zoning classification standards,researches and builds a P+R parking chain service function area,and establishes a P+R parking lot evaluation and dynamic adjustment mechanism and other related suggestions.
