摘要
针对传统水性铝粉颜料色彩单一,涂层反射率高的问题,提出一种新型氧化铁包覆铝粉水性颜料的制备。试验首先对制备条件进行优化,然后对水性颜料的实际应用进行了研究。试验结果表明,当双氧水用量为2 mL,包覆物pH值为5.0,温度45℃和醇水比为2∶1的条件下,铝粉表面形成的包覆层最为致密,耐腐蚀性能最佳。硫酸亚铁为前驱体包覆形成的产物为蓝绿色,再次经过氧化后,得到黄色的铁氧化物。对氧化铁包覆铝粉颜料进行煅烧,改变铝粉表面包覆的氧化铁状态,进而改变水性颜料颜色鲜艳程度。在实际的应用过程中,可以根据颜料颜色需求,对铝粉颜料进行煅烧处理,以达到目标的颜色。
In order to solve the problems of traditional water-based aluminum powder pigment with single color and high reflectivity of coating,a new type of water-based aluminum powder pigment coated with iron oxide is prepared.Firstly,the preparation conditions are optimized,and then the practical application of water-based pigments is studied.The test results show that when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 2 mL,the pH of coating is 5.0,the temperature is 45℃and the ratio of alcohol to water is 2∶1,the coating formed on the surface of aluminum powder is the densest and the corrosion resistance is the best.The product formed by coating ferrous sulfate which is used as the precursor is blue-green,and the yellow iron oxide is obtained after oxidating again.The aluminum powder pigment coated with iron oxide is calcined to change the state of iron oxide coated on the sur-face of aluminum powder,and then to change the color brightness of water-based pigment.In the practical application process,the aluminum powder pigment can be calcined according to the pigment color requirements to achieve the target color.
