摘要
蒲公英是一种药食两用植物,有较高的营养价值和多种药理活性,广泛应用于食品、饮品、保健、化妆品等领域。本文通过查阅相关文献,综述各类以蒲公英为原料开发的饮品,并总结其工艺与其中重点,以期为蒲公英资源开发应用提供参考。
Dandelion is a medicinal and edible plant with high nutritional value,and various pharmacological activities,and is widely used in fields such as food,beverages,health,cosmetics,etc.This article focuses on reviewing various drinks developed from dandelion through relevant literature,and summarizing their processes and key points,in order to provide reference for the development and application of dandelion resources.
