摘要
目的分析肠道益生菌联合纳洛酮在重症手足口病患儿中的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月-2023年3月遵义市第一人民医院收治的90例重症手足口病患儿进行研究,随机分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用肠道益生菌联合纳洛酮治疗,连续治疗1周后,比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状消退时间、免疫功能、肠道黏膜屏障功能及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、皮疹、肢体震颤、易惊症状消退时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IgA、IgG和IgM水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组DAO、D-LA和ET水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肠道益生菌联合纳洛酮能够有效改善重症手足口病患儿免疫功能和肠道黏膜屏障功能,促进临床症状消退,临床疗效与安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intestinal probiotics combined with Naloxone in children with severe hand foot mouth disease.Methods 90 children with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected for study,and were randomly divided into two groups and were given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with intestinal probiotics combined with Naloxone on this basis,after one week of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,immune function,intestinal mucosal barrier function and adverse reactions of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time for fever,rash,limb tremor,and easily startled symptoms to subside compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of DAO,D-LA and ET in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intestinal probiotics combined with Naloxone can effectively improve the immune function and intestinal mucosal barrier function of children with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease,promote the regression of clinical symptoms,and have good clinical efficacy and safety.
