加速康复理念指导下经皮腰椎内镜术围术期的研究进展

摘要 经皮内镜腰椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,PELD)已成为治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的主要微创术式,但术后残余痛、复发率高等问题仍然存在。加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)倡导的多学科合作在PELD围术期中起到了重要作用。各科医师共同协作,术前对患者进行宣传教育、管理,选择合适术式,术中选择合理的麻醉方式,术后制定个体化康复方案。在整个围术期中体现ERAS理念,为提高PELD患者临床疗效,加快患者康复提供新思路。
