摘要
试验旨在确定日粮蛋白对乔达多胎红羊毛色基因表达量、体尺指标及产毛量的影响。选用42只成年乔达多胎红羊进行饲料利用效果试验,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复7只羊。对照组和试验组日粮中粗蛋白含量分别为12.5%、13.5%。用荧光定量法测定乔达多胎红羊皮肤组织中STX17、LEF1与BMP7基因mRNA表达差异,用独立样本t检验法计算各组数据的显著性差异。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组乔达多胎红羊皮肤组织中LEF1 mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组乔达多胎红羊体重、体高、体长与胸围均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组乔达多胎红羊剪毛量比对照组高32.17%(P<0.05),毛脂重比对照组高21.40%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在试验条件下,乔达多胎红羊体尺指标、剪毛量、毛脂重与日粮蛋白含量均显著正相关。
The experiment was to determine the effect of dietary protein on the expression of red wool color gene,body size index and wool production of Joda multiparous red sheep.A total of 42 adult Joda multiparous red sheep were selected for the feed utilization effect test,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with three replicates in each group and seven sheep in each replicate.The crude protein content in the control group and experimental group feed as 12.5%and 13.5%,respectively.The mRNA expression differences of the STX17,LEF1 and BMP7 genes in skin tissues of Joda multiparous red sheep were determined by the fluorescence quantitative method,and the significant differences in data between the two groups were calculated by the independent sample t-test method.The results showed that compared with the control group,LEF1 mRNA expression in skin tissues of Joda multiparous red sheep in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The body weight,body height,body length and chest circumference of Joda multiparous red sheep in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The shearing weight of Joda multiparous red sheep in the experimental group was 32.17%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the gross fat weight was 21.40%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that under the experiment condition,the body size index,shearing weight and gross fat weight are positively correlated with the dietary protein content.
