ICP-MS/MS同时测定海产品中的氢化物和非氢化物元素

Simultaneous Determination of Hydride-generation and Non-hydride-generation Elements in Seafood Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 基于多模式进样系统(MSIS),利用电感耦合等离子体串联质谱(ICP-MS/MS)同时测定海产品中的氢化物元素和非氢化物元素。海产品采用微波消解系统进行消解后,在MSIS的双重模式下,采用ICP-MS/MS同时测定消解溶液中的氢化物元素As、Se、Sn、Sb、Hg和非氢化物元素Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、Sr、Cd、Pb。在碰撞/反应池中分别加入O_(2)和NH_(3)/He为反应气,利用质量转移法、原位质量法和电荷转移法消除质谱干扰。选择与分析元素具有相同质谱行为的内标元素校正基体效应,通过对标准参考物质GBW10024(扇贝)的分析,评估分析方法的准确可靠性。结果表明,通过分析元素获得相关系数≥0.9996的良好线性关系,检出限(LOD)为0.02~1.61 ng/L,加标回收率为94.0%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~7.1%。本方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高、准确性和精密度好,可用于海产品中氢化物元素和非氢化物元素的高通量同时检测。 A new strategy for the simultaneous determination of hydride-generation and non-hydride-generation elements in seafood by inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS)was proposed based on a multimode sample introduction system(MSIS).After the seafood was digested by the microwave digestion system,the hydride-generation elements As,Se,Sn,Sb,Hg and the non-hydride-generation elements Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo,Sr,Cd,and Pb in the digestion solution were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS/MS in the dual mode of MSIS.O_(2) and NH_(3)/He were added to the collision/reaction cell as reaction gases,mass shift,on-mass and charge transfer method were used to eliminate the spectral interference,and the internal standard element with the same mass spectral behavior as the analyte was selected to correct the matrix effect.The accuracy and reliability of the analytical method was assessed by the analysis of the standard reference material GBW10024(scallop).The results showed that the analytes achieved excellent linearity with correlation coefficients R≥0.9996,the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.02-1.61 ng/L,the spike recovery was 94.0%-108%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.1%-7.1%.The method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation,high sensitivity,good accuracy and precision,and can be used for high-throughput detection of hydride-generation and non-hydride-generation elements in seafood.
