摘要
目前有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术临床应用广泛, 其安全性、有效性和稳定性已被临床验证。作为眼内手术, 术中和术后可能存在潜在风险。术前检查是避免出现并发症, 保证手术安全的重要保障。本专家共识依据国内外的重要文献及循证医学证据对术前检查提出推荐意见, 即除了常规的眼部查体外, 还需进行如下检查:主导眼、屈光度检查、角膜厚度、角膜曲率、角膜水平白到白间距、睫状沟直径、前房深度、晶状体厚度及矢高、瞳孔直径及暗瞳的测量。由于屈光手术患者对术后效果及视觉质量要求较高, 因此, 有条件单位可根据患者情况做以下眼部检查:视觉质量相关检查、干眼相关检查、视功能相关检查。本共识旨在规范有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术的术前检查, 以期为该领域开展此项手术的眼科医师提供参考和帮助。
Currently,posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation is widely used in clinical practice,and its safety,efficacy and stability have been clinically validated.As an intraocular procedure,there are potential risks during and after surgery.Preoperative evaluation is crucial to prevent complications and ensure the safety of the procedure.This consensus provides recommendations for preoperative evaluation based on key national and international literature and evidence-based research.In addition to routine ocular examinations,the following are essential:dominant eye,manifest refraction,corneal thickness,corneal curvature,corneal horizontal white to white,sulcus to sulcus,anterior chamber depth,lens thickness and crystalline lens rise,pupil diameter and scotopic pupil size.Due to the high demands on postoperative outcomes and visual quality in patients undergoing refractive surgery,additional ocular examinations may be included depending on the patient's condition:visual quality,dry eye,and visual function.The purpose of this consensus is to standardize the preoperative examination for posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation in order to provide reference and assistance to ophthalmologists in this area.
