摘要
基于精准思维提出高职院校思想政治理论课精准教学这一教改新路向,有助于回应新时代高职院校的生源之变,增强思政课教学的针对性、亲和力和协同性。当前部分思政教学尚存未体现学情差异性的虚教、知行分离的空教和协同合力不够的孤教等现象,亟待运用精准教学“需求引领、知行合一、协同育人”的理论逻辑破解。纾解这三大现实困境,应秉持“以学生为中心”的教学理念,以高职思政课精准教学为实践进路,即:遵循高职大学生的认知规律和发展需求,通过精准设计对“拔节孕穗期”的大学生有效滋养;坚持“理实一体,知行合一”的精准运行,推动学生学思践悟理论;构建“思政+专业”的精准协同育人共同体,达成思想政治课教学的“内化于心、外化于行、互化为境、固化为文”。
Based on precise thinking,this paper proposes a new teaching reform direction of precise ideological and political theory courses'teaching in vocational colleges,which can help respond to the changes of student sources in the new era,and enhance the pertinence,affinity,and synergy of ideological and political course teaching.At present,there are still some problems in ideological and political education,such as virtual teaching that does not reflect the differences in learning situations,empty teaching that separates knowledge and action,and isolated teaching that lacks collaborative force.It is urgent to use the theoretical logic of precise teaching that“needs guide,knowledge and action combine,and collaborative educate”.To alleviate these three practical difficulties,we should adhere to the teaching philosophy of“student-centered”and operate the practical approach of precise teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges.That is,it must follow the cognitive laws and development needs of vocational college students,and effectively drips irrigation for college students in the“jointing and booting stage”through precise design;Adhere to the precise operation of“integrating theory and practice,integrating knowledge and action”,and promote students to learn,practice,and comprehend theories;Build a precise collaborative education community of“ideological and political+professional”,then achieving the goal of“internalization in mind,externalization in practice,mutual transformation into environment and solidification into text”in ideological and political course.
