摘要
目的:比较微信再教育与电话再教育对结肠镜肠道准备质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月仙居人民医院接受结肠镜检查的患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施电话再教育模式,观察组实施微信再教育模式。比较两组教育结果。结果:观察组一次进镜成功率高于对照组,退镜时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左半结肠、右半结肠、横结肠评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组清肠剂使用时间正确、清肠剂使用剂量正确、完全配合检查操作依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠道准备耐受率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);观察组宣教内容、宣教态度、宣教方式满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:与电话再教育比较,微信再教育在结肠镜肠道准备质量上效果更优,能够提高患者依从性、肠道准备耐受情况,利于检查顺利完成,患者满意度更高。
Objective:To compare the effects of WeChat re-education and telephone re-education on the quality of colonoscopic bowel preparation.Methods:Sixty patients who received colonoscopy in Xianju People's Hospital from September 2021 to Septem-ber 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group implemented the telephone re-education mode,and the observation group implemented the WeChat re-education mode.Compare the educational results of the two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time entry was higher than that of the control group in the observation group,and the time of exit was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of left half colon,right half colon,transverse colon and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Correct time of bowel preparation use,correct dose of bowel preparation use,and full coop-eration with examination operation compliance in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05);Bowel preparation tolerance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);Satisfaction scores of the observation group in terms of missionary content,missionary attitude,and missionary approach were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with telephone re-education,WeChat re-education is more effective in the quality of colonoscopic bowel preparation,which can improve patient compliance,bowel preparation tolerance,and facili-tate the successful completion of the examination,with higher patient satisfaction.
