PBL教学法在神经外科教学中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析PBL教学法在神经外科教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月重庆大学附属涪陵医院42名神经外科实习学生为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各21名。对照组实施传统授课方式,观察组实施PBL教学法。比较两组考核成绩、出科时各项能力、综合能力、学习满意度。结果:观察组理论考试、病历分析和综合成绩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组实习兴趣、理解能力、实践能力、思维能力和文献阅读能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组报告书写、学生态度、学生思维能力、课程与进度、教学气氛评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学习满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:在神经外科教学中应用PBL教学法能显著提升教学成果,便于培养学生综合能力,学生学习满意度较高。 Objective:To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in neurosurgery teaching.Methods:A total of forty-two neurosurgery interns from Fuling Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with twenty-one students in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the observation group implemented the PBL teaching method.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results,abilities at the time of graduation,comprehensive abilities and learning satisfaction.Results:The scores of theory examination,medical history analysis and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The scores of practice interest,comprehension ability,practical ability,thinking ability and literature reading ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The scores of report writing,students'attitude,students'thinking ability,curriculum and progress,and teaching atmosphere in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);The learning satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching method in neurosurgery teaching can significantly improve the teaching results,facilitate the training of students'comprehensive ability,and students'learning satisfaction is higher.
