大跨钢箱梁桥顶推临时支架结构受力分析 被引量:4

摘要 大跨钢箱梁顶推施工过程复杂,顶推临时支架受力不断变化并影响结构安全。基于实际工程建立顶推施工支架施工全过程有限元分析模型,分析了顶推过程中支架受力变化,研究了最不利顶推工况,结合理论分析对支架受力进行了全过程监测,结果表明:在顶推施工过程中,支架纵桥向顶部位移及底部应力较大,属于薄弱部位,考虑到各顶推设备之间不严格同步可能产生较大水平力,施工过程中应对其薄弱部位进行加强。研究结果可为大跨桥梁顶推施工提供技术参考。 The incremental launching construction process of large-span steel box girder is complex,and the force of launching support is constantly changing which affects structural safety.Based on an actual project,the finite element analysis model of the whole process of the incremental launching construction support is established,the internal force and deformation changes of the support during the pushing process are studyed,the most unfavorable working condition of the support in the process of the incremental launching construction is analyzed,and the construction monitoring results are compared with the analysis results.And the results show that the longitudinal bridge displacement at the top of the support and bottom stress are relatively large,which make them the weak parts.Considering that the large horizontal force may be generated due to the loose synchronization between the jacking equipment,the weak part should be strengthened during the construction process.Outcome of this paper can provide technical reference for this kind of bridge construction.
